		<description>it's a nice idea. nice in theory. but in practice, to bring costs down... i don't know. if neotel plays along with telkom's soak-everyone line of operation, then cape town will be guilty of aiding and abetting their work as opposed to improving infrastructure. 

2 phone lines + dsl + 7B script = nearly R2000. this is almost 50% of my bond. i'm having trouble believing that mozambique can offer cheaper internet than south africa, yet this is the case.</description>
