Although 1 thing that people always leave out is that a very quick and effective (although can be a little costly) way to find the performing KW (the ones that actually sell products) is via PPC. Do some research, build a list, drive some traffic, monitor the performing KW and build pages around them with all the nice on-page techniques u mentioned above. And FYI for the first comment, the links here are nofollow, which means no page rank (seo value) is passed. The anchor txt is quite pointless and it would have been better to use your actual site name to help build some branding... :) A nice basic article for seo.
