I work with the internal tech team at my company, and since Sharepoint 2007 we've been finding ways of taking our procedures into a structured environment. Sharepoint 2010 blows it, and just about every other hosted xRM system, out of the water. I could go on and on about how great it is, but then I might have to get paid by Microsoft :P The Ribbon was the single best thing MS did in Office 2007. I know that some people are used to the way things are set up in '03, but the migration to '07 and up is well worth it at this point.
