What an article!

there is so much stuff you have said that is true, and it shows that the information you shared is researched, not assumptions.

you have broadened my thinking even more, and i am sure there is a lot of relevant solutions that will come out of this initiative in Tugela Ferry.

the approach taken is more of visionary leadership, where you let the people speak, and as a result people own the solutions, therefore they feel proud and in this case, they will use the ICT4D.

thanks kk,
Mbongiseni

Quite enlightening. Even though I come from a semi-rural community and one of my goals that I'm pursuing is to "bring technology to the community" or more accurately "bring the community to technology" but I had never thought that it's not as simple as bringing the horse to the water.

I need to do more research...
