Seriously -- if what they are saying isn't helpful to you...unfollow. If they take offense (which really is *their* problem), you can just politely say that what they've been twittering about just isn't what you are working on right now.

Gotta be ruthless with your time and attention, imho!

		<description>Excellent points, the best solution I found was to quit using the Twitter main page as my resource. I now use the search page and follow on subject instead on person! And by putting my username as one of the terms, I can see when anyone Replies or even mentions me.</description>
