I am very upfront about my relationship with FNB. Post was written for a couple of reasons. a) there's obviously an element of promotion. I think it's a great project, and I'd like people to try it. b) I think the bank did some thing very different to the rest of the financial industry - and that makes for an interesting strategic debate. c) I'd like to hear customer feedback. Corporates in SA aren't that great at including their customers in the product / platform dev life cycle (beyond focus groups and the like). I wanted to start a dialogue (if there was one to be had). I have learnt, through the lack of comments that financial sales is even more derived demand than I thought! d) That 9 min stat still blows my mind.
